The name Akunok is a play on the words "acoustic" and "nook", meaning corner or secluded nook. The ambition of Abstracta's and designer Maja Ganszyniec's new acoustic furniture concept is high: to deal with two of the biggest challenges for many workplaces today. Partly to create better soundscapes that promote well-being and job satisfaction.
